Head of Professional School
London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Professional School to lead the growth and performance of our Professional Qualifications division.
This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for the School's academic, operational and commercial success. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Vice Rector, you will own the Professional School P&L, drive revenue growth, strengthen accreditation partnerships, and ensure exceptional student outcomes.
What you'll be responsible for:
Leading the overall performance and growth of the Professional School
Owning the P&L, budget and financial performance
Driving enrolment growth in partnership with Marketing and Sales
Developing new revenue streams, including corporate training and strategic partnerships
Managing key accreditation relationships, including ACCA and AAT
Enhancing student satisfaction, retention and pass rates
Overseeing course quality, curriculum development and digital learning innovation
Leading and developing academic faculty and matrix teams across the business
What we're looking for:
Proven leadership experience within professional or higher education
Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) and degree-level education
Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and budget management experience
Track record of growing revenue and improving operational performance
Experience managing accreditation relationships (ACCA experience highly desirable)
Ability to lead through influence within a matrix organisation
